Our trucks populate the roads of North America every day. Our policy is that driving must be undertaken with the utmost care and attention – and that drivers must always comply 100% with local and interstate traffic laws.

Whenever our trucks are on the road, we require that our Drivers live up to our policy for safe conduct on the road – and that they always drive according to local and federal traffic laws and regulations.

We rely on the public to report any road traffic violations involving our branded truck or trailer. If you witness unlawful or bad driving, we want to know, so we can follow up and take appropriate action.

Please contact your local RELOQ office and report any incidents, including unsafe and/or in considerate driving.

Please note that without a truck/trailer number, we may not be able to identify the driver. In any case,please report the incident and provide as many details as possible. Thank you.

The experience started with Daniel who gave a clear quote from the beginning and followed up without being too pushy. Reloq & Daniel were prompt and communicative, and helped pack and preserve some delicate items. We had to fit a tight schedule on departure, and they sourced another few people for a morning to make it work.
